Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ClearKit ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
License Grant
ClearKit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on macOS devices that you own or control. This license is for your personal use only.
User Responsibility
ClearKit is a tool designed to help you manage your storage. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make regarding file deletion. We recommend reviewing all items flagged for removal before confirming deletion. While ClearKit moves deleted files to the Trash by default, you should maintain regular backups of important data.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ClearKit or its developers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Software.
